ContinueIf the point of consumption does not have a remote gas meter, the reading of the gas meter must be submitted. Round the reading to an integer. Submit the reading from the 26th day of the metering period to the first working day of the following month, the reading submitted within this range is fixed as the reading at the change of months. The reading must be submitted even if there was no consumption.
In the e-service, you can conveniently submit readings, view consumption and payment history, pay invoices, etc. 24/7.
Be sure to include the customer’s name and address when submitting the reading.

If the customer confirms that they will not consume gas for an extended period, the network operator may exempt the customer from the obligation to submit the meter readings for a maximum of six consecutive months. The customer must submit an application to this effect before the emergence of the obligation to submit meter readings from which exemption is requested.
To suspend the readings, please send a application and photo of the meter reading to the customer service e-mail naidud@gaas.ee.
An invoice with a forecast reading is issued if we do not receive a reading for the calculation period from the 26th of the month until the first working day of the following month.
The forecast is based on the previous consumption history of the measuring point and the amount of gas consumed by customers with similar appliances in a similar period. An invoice submitted on the basis of a forecast reading may not reflect actual consumption. Please submit the actual reading of your gas meter in order to correct an invoice with a forecast reading.
From 1 September 2023, AS Gaasivõrk applies a fee of €2.00 per invoice including VAT for forecasting if the meter reading has not been submitted as set forth in point 5.16 of the standard terms and conditions of the network contract.
