A comprehensive plan is a spatial plan, the purpose of which is to determine the main directions and conditions for the development of the territory of a local authority. If the area of the comprehensive plan is located in the network area of AS Gaasivõrk, please involve AS Gaasivõrk in the preparation of the comprehensive plan as a person whose interests may be affected by the plan.
A detailed plan is a spatial plan that is prepared as the basis for the building activities and land use for a part of the territory of a rural municipality or city in the short term. When drawing up a detailed plan in the network area of AS Gaasivõrk, please request the technical specifications in advance and involve AS Gaasivõrk in the preparation of the detailed plan as a person whose rights may be affected by the plan and who has expressed its wish to be involved.
A geodetic base plan, or topo-geodetic survey, is carried out for the preparation of a plan or construction design documents. The up-to-date situation on the ground (roads, buildings, landscaping, etc.) and the underground utilities in the survey area are measured and plotted during the survey. Before submitting the geodetic base plan for review, check whether any utility networks of AS Gaasivõrk are located within the survey area and what accuracy class has been taken into account. In order to do this, visit the restrictions page of the Land and Spatial Development Board. All utility networks belonging to AS Gaasivõrk are recognised in the Land Board as objects causing restrictions.
The construction design documents are prepared in three stages: as a preliminary, main and working design.
Submit the building the design to AS Gaasivõrk for an opinion if the planned works are located in the protection zone of a gas installation, for example, the planned utility network crosses a gas pipeline. Request the technical specifications in advance in order to prepare the design.
If it becomes clear during the design process that the AS Gaasivõrk pipeline or other gas installation needs to be relocated, request additional technical specifications.
In addition to the technical specifications of AS Gaasivõrk, the design must be based on all necessary legislation, standards, norms and good design practice in force in the Republic of Estonia, including the following standards:
