The customer has the right to access the consumption data of the customer installation via the network operator’s website and, if the customer so requests, the network operator forwards the consumption data of the customer installation to the customer in accordance with the procedure provided for in legislation. The customer also has the right to receive the data of the metering points connected to the customer from the data exchange platform of AS Elering.
